How I was Raised
I was born in Dallas, TX in 1978 to two young an in love people. Little did they know who I would become. My mom showed me all the love she knew how to give. While my dad decided he didn't want any parts of me after the age of 4. Not having both my parents in my life may have caused some damages to my adolescence. However, my mom never made my dad seem like the bad guy. I thought he was.
How I was Raised Part 2Nevertheless I would go on to welcoming a brother and a sister into my life. As the oldest with a single parent I had to fulfill adult like roles early. Like picking up my sister from daycare and waiting for my brother to get home so I could go to basketball practice in High School. Prior to High School I went to a different school every year. Each year I had to make new friends. Good thing I had a lot of cousins.
